Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Purchases made from November 24th may be returned until January 10th.
How to request a return
To request a return, you must send us a WhatsApp message to +34 624 628 472 indicating the order number and/or the name used when placing the order.
We will send you a form to process the request.
We remind customers that we receive hundreds of messages daily and we are not able to respond instantly, so we ask for patience and that you contact us only once through a single communication channel, otherwise the order of your message may change and the process may be delayed.
Return costs
The refunded amount will correspond to the value of the item, minus return shipping costs:
Mainland Spain: 3.95€
Balearic Islands: 4.95€
The shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded, as they correspond to an external service not provided by our company.
Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may request a return in the same way, but must send the package on their own.
In these cases, the full amount of the item will be refunded, except for any possible customs costs that we may have to assume if the package is retained.
International returns
For international orders, the refund amount will have the following deductions:
Portugal: 7€
Italy: 9€
France: 10€
Belgium: 11.50€
Germany: 10.50€
Austria: 10.50€
For any other international order placed outside our website, the same shipping cost paid will be deducted from the refund.
Refund method
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s conditions.
Store credit (no expiry date)
If you prefer, we can issue the refund as store credit to use on future purchases. This credit will not have an expiration date.
Exchanges or cancellations
Exchanges of already received items may be requested within the same period established for returns and through the same contact method.
To make an exchange, it will be necessary to place a new order for the desired item and notify us once the purchase has been made (between 8:00 and 15:30 h) so we can manage the return. In this way, the transport agency can collect the package from your address at the same time the new order is delivered.
Once we receive the returned item at our facilities, the refund of that item will be processed, minus the service collection costs: 3.95€ for Mainland Spain and 4.95€ for the Balearic Islands.
Likewise, if you wish to make a change or cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may contact us and let us know. If the order has not left our facilities, we can process the change or cancellation without issue, subject to stock availability.
Order merging
If you have placed an order that has not yet left our store and wish to add more items, you can place a new order with the same details but selecting “STORE PICK-UP”. Then, it is important that you contact us so we can merge both orders without additional shipping costs.
If you place a “store pick-up” order with the intention of merging it with another order that has already been shipped, the corresponding shipping cost must be added so it can be dispatched normally.
Defective or incorrect products
At Yerbabuena Moda del Sur S.L., we carry out a quality control process before shipping orders. However, if you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, you must contact us as soon as possible via info@yerbabuenamoda.com, WhatsApp at +34 624 628 472, or by calling the same number. We will send you the correct product at no additional cost.
All products from Yerbabuena Moda del Sur S.L. are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with consumer regulations.
Products not eligible for return
Clearance items*, earrings, intimate garments, or items that have been modified by the customer are not eligible for return, as well as any item marked as non-returnable on the website and those that arrive without a label.
*Items that are in clearance at the time of purchase may be eligible for store credit. To request this, the customer must notify the company within the legal 14 calendar day period from receipt.
