Shipping policy
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on the country and address.
Shipping to Spain (Mainland):
Shipping costs will apply on orders under €80. Shipping fees are not included in the total price of the purchased items. The shipping price depends on the destination:
Seville Province: €4.50
Andalusia: €5
Balearic Islands: €7
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Subject to Correos shipping rates
Rest of Spain: €5.50
Shipping will be free on purchases over 80€ for mainland Spain deliveries and over 100€ for deliveries to the Balearic Islands.
Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Shipping costs will depend on the weight of the package, therefore free shipping does not apply. The order will be placed as “STORE PICK-UP” and once it is taken to the post office, we will contact the customer so they can pay the shipping cost and receive the tracking number.
Shipping to Portugal:
If the order total is under 150€, a 10€ shipping fee will be charged. If the purchase exceeds 150€, shipping is free. Islands are not included in this price; costs depend on weight and can be requested case by case privately.
Shipping to France:
If the order total is under 200€, a 18€ shipping fee will be charged. If the purchase exceeds 200€, shipping is free. Islands are not included in this price; costs depend on weight and can be requested case by case privately.
Shipping to Italy:
If the order total is under 200€, a 15€ shipping fee will be charged. If the purchase exceeds €200, shipping is free. Islands are not included in this price; costs depend on weight and can be requested case by case privately.
Shipping to Germany:
If the order total is under 200€, a 18.50€ shipping fee will be charged. If the purchase exceeds 200€, shipping is free.
Shipping to Belgium:
If the order total is under 200€, a 19.50€ shipping fee will be charged. If the purchase exceeds €200, shipping is free.
Shipping to Austria:
If the order total is under 200€, a 20€ shipping fee will be charged. If the purchase exceeds €200, shipping is free.
Delivery time:
Delivery time depends on the destination. Orders have a 24-hour preparation time once the order is placed.
Deliveries to mainland Spain take 1–2 business days from the moment they leave the store, not from the purchase date.
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands take 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands take 7–10 business days from dispatch, except in cases of customs delays, in which case the timeframe may be extended.
Deliveries to Portugal take 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to France take 4–5 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to Italy take 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to Germany take 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to Belgium take 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to Austria take 5–7 business days from dispatch.
If you have placed an order and it exceeds the delivery time, we recommend contacting us at +34 624 628 472 or via email info@yerbabuenamoda.com to check the reason for the delay.
If, for any reason, the order is delayed, we will contact you. If the delay is due to transport company issues, we cannot be held responsible.
All shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and other European countries are handled by General Logistics Systems Spain (GLS). Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are handled by Correos.
If the item is on PRE-ORDER, delivery time may be extended by approximately 15–20 working days.
Delivery attempts:
Our shipments include 2 delivery attempts in total.
If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice via email or phone to arrange a new delivery date.
If the second delivery attempt also fails, the transport company will leave the package at the nearest pickup point to the delivery address provided.
Once there, the transport company will notify the customer so they can collect it within 10 days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to our office. If the customer requests reshipment, it can be done, but the new shipping cost must be paid.
Returns of returned orders can be processed once they arrive at our office, excluding shipping costs both ways, which depend on the destination (prices indicated in the shipping costs section).
Changes to an order:
Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address can only be made if the package has not yet left our office. You can update your address in your user account by logging in with the email and password used when placing the order.

If a change is requested after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs (which vary depending on the new address provided). Changes will only be made once previously agreed with the customer and confirmed by Yerbabuena Moda del Sur S.L.
If your order exceeds the delivery timeframe, you must contact us so we can inform you about its status.
International shipping:
We ship outside Spain, provided that customers cover shipping costs, customs fees, etc.

Pickup point:
If you live in Lebrija or nearby, you can pick up your order at our office free of charge. Our office is located at Calle Corredera, 117, CP 41740 Lebrija, Seville, with opening hours from 08:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday.
To collect your order, you must bring your order number or the order confirmation email, and we will hand over the package.
You have 5 business days to collect your package. After this period, we will contact you to inform you that it will be cancelled.
